Anyone who contacts Imagesmood Garage Doors deserves fair and honest treatment. If that did not happen for you, please tell us. This page shows how to send a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

If a Provider Let You Down

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and is responsible for its own work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, the usual first step is to contact the provider directly and keep your notes in writing.

Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short may be removed. Imagesmood Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

• The date you reached us or the provider
• The phone number or form you used, if you know it
• The provider's name, if you have it
• What happened, and the outcome you would like

What Happens Next

We will confirm by email that we got your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into the matter, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any step we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
